PAFCPIC Scholarship Program 2026 Application Guide

The PAFCPIC Scholarship Program is an educational assistance program offered by the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative (PAFCPIC).

It provides financial support to qualified PAFCPIC members and their eligible dependents who wish to pursue a four- or five-year bachelor’s degree in recognized colleges and universities across the Philippines. 

Since its launch in 1997, the program has helped more than 1,200 scholars complete their college education and build successful careers. 

Qualifications:

To qualify for the PAFCPIC Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the eligibility requirements set by PAFCPIC. These qualifications help ensure that the scholarship is awarded to deserving members and their qualified dependents. Review the requirements below to determine if you are eligible to apply. 

• Must be a regular or associate member of PAFCPIC. (Dependents, scholars, sponsored members, or members whose membership was obtained through sponsorship are not eligible as sponsors.)
• Must have been a PAFCPIC member for at least one (1) year at the time of application.
• Must have fully paid the required shared capital of ₱15,000 (equivalent to 150 shares).
• Must not have sponsored any dependent, including themselves, under the scholarship program during their membership in the cooperative.
• Must be a member or an immediate dependent of a qualified member, such as:
  • An unmarried brother or sister of an unmarried member.
  • The legal spouse or an unmarried child of a member.
• Must be a graduating Senior High School student or a college student (excluding those in their final year of college).
• Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 89% in the previous school year, with no failed, dropped, incomplete, or repeated subjects.
• Must have no disciplinary record during Senior High School or college, whichever applies.
• Must not be receiving any other scholarship grant.
• Must not have graduated from any bachelor’s degree program.
• Must not have previously been a PAFCPIC scholar.

Special Qualification for Dependents of Killed-in-Action (KIA) Members

Dependents of Philippine Army members who were Killed in Action (KIA) on or after April 24, 2013, may also apply, provided that:

• The sponsor meets the initial membership qualifications.
• The pensioner is a PAFCPIC member at the time of application.

Requirements:

Applicants must prepare and submit all the required documents to complete their PAFCPIC Scholarship Program application. Providing complete and accurate requirements will help avoid delays during the evaluation process. Check the list below and make sure all documents are ready before submitting your application. 

• Birth Certificate
• Filled-out Scholarship Application Form
• Two (2) pieces of 2×2 ID Picture with name
• Certification of Grades from the Previous School Year (SY 2025-2026) with GWA of at least 89%
• Certificate of Good Moral issued from Feb-Aug 2026
• Photocopy of Sponsors’ unexpired PAFCPIC or any government-issued ID

Additional Requirements:

If Sibling of Sponsor:

• Certificate of No Marriage of Applicant
• Certificate of No Marriage of Sponsor

If Dependent of KIA Member:

• Death Certificate of KIA member from the Army Adjutant
• Spot Report

If Spouse of Sponsor:

• Marriage Contract

Benefits:

Priority Courses:

The PAFCPIC Scholarship Program supports students enrolled in eligible degree programs. Applicants should review the list of priority courses to confirm that their chosen program qualifies for the scholarship. The eligible courses are listed below. 

• Any 4 to 5-year Baccalaureate Degree
• 6 to 7 year extended/accelerated program (eg., Dentistry, LEAPMead)

Note: The Scholarship Program support shall be provided for a maximum period of 5 years only and Not applicable for post graduate studies

Partner School:

The PAFCPIC Scholarship Program does not have an exclusive list of partner schools. 

Qualified applicants may enroll in any state university, local college, or private educational institution in the Philippines, provided they are pursuing a four- or five-year bachelor’s degree. 

This allows eligible scholars to study at a wide range of recognized higher education institutions across the country.

Application Deadline:

Applicants should submit their PAFCPIC Scholarship Program application within the official application period. Late or incomplete applications may not be accepted. Make sure to check the application deadline and submit all requirements on time. 

Application period is from August 3, 2026 to August 31, 2026.

Step 1: Complete the Application and Submit the Requirements

Qualified applicants will be invited to take the Pre-Qualifying Examination (PQE) as part of the screening process.

Step 3: Attend the Final Screening and Interview
Applicants who pass the PQE will proceed to the final screening and interview.

Step 4: Join the Program Orientation and Sign the Scholarship Agreement
Successful applicants must attend the program orientation and sign the scholarship agreement to officially become scholars.
