Qualifications:

I. Academic Qualifications
- Must be an incoming first-year college student

II. Sector Qualifications
Applicants must be one of the following:
- Child or grandchild of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB), or
- Child or grandchild of a Small Farmer or Fisher
- Parent or guardian must be registered under the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) or provide an equivalent certification, when applicable
III. Financial Qualifications
- Annual gross family income must not exceed ₱300,000
- Financial exemptions may be considered by LCDFI on a case-by-case basis
