- Must have a monthly OFW income not more than USD 1,000.00 or its equivalent.
- Must have NO AVAILMENT of any OWWA Scholarship Program by other Members of the OFW Family.
OSDP CATEGORY 2 (Already enrolled in 2nd Year to 5th Year in College)
- Must be a child or sibling of an OFW Active member.
- Must be single.
- Must not be more than 30 years old.
- Must have a passing general weighted everage (GWA) from previous school year.
- Must be enrolled in a Philippine-based College/University.
Requirements:
To complete your OWWA ODSP Scholarship application, you must prepare the required documents in advance. Ensure that all submitted documents are complete, valid, and up to date to help avoid delays in the application process.
To apply, applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:
- Proof of Identity
- For OFW applicants: Copy of a valid OFW passport bio or information page.
- For dependent applicants:
- Valid school ID or any other valid government-issued ID.
- Birth certificate or baptismal certificate.
- Proof of Grades
- Copy of grades from the previous school year, such as:
- Form 137
- Form 10 (Transcript of Records)
- Form 138 (Report Card)
- Certificate of Grades issued by the school

- 2×2 ID Picture
