Moirasia Youth Excellence Scholarship (MYES) 2026 Application Guide

Qualifications:

Citizenship

• Must be a Filipino citizen.

Enrollment

• Must be currently enrolled in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) located in:
  • Metro Manila
  • Baguio
  • Palawan
  • Cebu City

Academic Requirements

• Incoming First-Year Students
  • Must have a cumulative General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 90% in Senior High School.
• Incoming Second-Year Students
  • Must have a cumulative GWA of 2.00 or better.

Academic Standing

• Must have no failing grades in any subject.

Financial Eligibility

• Family annual income must not exceed ₱300,000 (approximately ₱25,000 per month).

Health Requirement

• Must be physically and mentally healthy as certified by a Moirasia Foundation pre-qualified physician.

Scholarship Eligibility

• Must not be receiving any other scholarship.

Character Requirement

• Applicants must be of good moral and academic character and submit recommendation letters from:
  • College adviser or dean or Senior High School teacher or principal (as applicable)
  • Community or barangay leader who is not a relative

Screening Requirement

• Must successfully complete the scholarship selection process.
