Qualifications:

Requirements:

To complete your application for the Ayala Foundation U-Go Scholar Grant, prepare the following documents. Make sure all requirements are complete and accurate to avoid delays in the application process.

  • Current Official Certificate of Registration/Enrollment signed by the Registrar (with wet signature).
    • Incoming first-year students for SY 2026–2027 must submit either:
      • Proof of college admission, or
      • Senior High School diploma.
  • Latest Copy of Grades signed by the Registrar (with wet signature).
  • Proof of Financial Need (submit one of the following):
    • Parents’ or guardians’ latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
    • Tax Exemption Certificate from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
    • Certificate of Indigency of parents
    • For children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) or seafarers: recent employment contract or proof of income
  • Latest Copy of Electric Bill
