Selection Process:

Applicants for the Ajinomoto Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship Grant must undergo a multi-step selection process to determine the successful candidates.

1st Screening

  • Evaluation of your documents by Ajinomoto Philippines, which may include an interview.

2nd Screening

  • Interview of the top 3 applicants on March 19, 2025 (conducted in English).

3rd Screening

  • Document review by the Ajinomoto Scholarship Foundation.

Step 5: Await Notification

  • The top-ranked student, based on the screening process, will be notified in June 2025.
  • The selected candidate will contact their preferred laboratory in a specified graduate school to secure an informal acceptance letter.
  • If informal acceptance is received from a host professor, the candidate will be confirmed as successful.
  • The Ajinomoto Scholarship Foundation will certify the candidate as an approved recipient, pending successful completion of the graduate school’s entrance examination.
