Requirements

Upon Application

Applicants must submit the following:

• High School Grade 7 to 12 Transcript of Records

The High School Transcript of Records must include the final General Weighted Average.

• Copy of Parent or Guardian’s Government-issued ID for notary purposes

Terms and Conditions
