Qualifications:

• Completed PCSO Educational Assistance Application Form with a recent 2×2 ID photo

Priority Courses:

The PCSO Educational Assistance Program has no priority courses. 

Students enrolled in any college degree program at a recognized higher education institution in the Philippines may apply, provided they meet the program’s qualifications and documentary requirements. 

Partner School:

The PCSO Educational Assistance Program is open to college students nationwide regardless of their specific school. 

As long as you are officially enrolled in any recognized public or private college or university in the Philippines, you can qualify for the financial grant.

Application Deadline:

The application period for the PCSO Educational Assistance Program 2026 is now open. 

However, PCSO has not yet announced the official application deadline. 

Since schedules may vary by branch and available appointment slots, applicants are encouraged to submit their requirements and book an appointment as early as possible. 

Apply as soon as you have completed the application form and documentary requirements.

How to Apply:

Applying for the PCSO Educational Assistance Program is simple if you follow the required steps. The guide below will help you complete the application process and submit your requirements correctly. 

Applicants may choose either of the following application methods:

• Walk-in Application – Visit the BPeSH Office in San Juan City, Metro Manila to submit your application personally. This option is recommended because you can receive immediate feedback and communicate directly with the staff.
• Email Submission – Submit your application and documentary requirements through the official email address provided by the BPeSH Office, following their application guidelines.

For Walk-in Applicants (with online appointment) 

• Carefully review all requirements.
• Submit complete documents to avoid disqualification.
• Ensure the Certificate of Enrollment or Registration Form and the Billing Statement or Statement of Account are certified true copies.
• Set an appointment with PCSO using the eGovPH app.
• Present the QR code from the app to the Action Officer upon arrival at BPeSH (see the sample picture below).

For Applicants Outside Metro Manila (via email)

• Prepare clear, scanned copies of all requirements.
• Write a short letter in the email body explaining why you need financial assistance.
• Use this email subject line: PCSO Educational Assistance [Full Name of the Applicant]
• Attach all the requirements and send to verna.soriano@pcso.gov.ph
• PCSO will send confirmation and feedback on your application status.

About PSCO Educational Assistance Program:

The PCSO Educational Assistance Program is a financial aid initiative launched in partnership with the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub (BPeSH). Unlike highly restrictive academic scholarships that require specific GPA cut-offs or limit applicants to strict STEM fields, this program focuses heavily on inclusivity and financial need.

• No Course Restrictions: Students enrolled in any college degree program are welcome to apply. There is no rigid list of “priority courses.”
• No Partner School Limits: The assistance is open to college students enrolled in any accredited school, college, or university across the Philippines—whether public or private.
• Modernized Application Process: In an effort to streamline public service, applicants can now conveniently set appointments using the eGovPH mobile app and submit their documents in person at the BPeSH Office in San Juan City, Metro Manila. For students living in provinces outside Metro Manila, PCSO accommodates applications via a dedicated email submission process.
