• Academic Requirement

• Leadership Commitment

• Employment Commitment
  • Must be willing to complete a one-year paid management training program with any Megawide Conglomerate company after graduation.

  • Must not be receiving scholarship grants from any other private organization.

Requirements:

Documentary Requirements

• Duly accomplished Scholarship Application Form
• Authenticated Copy of Final Grades Report
• Certificate of Good Moral Standing
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents
• Certificate of Indigency (if the ITR is unavailable)
• Recent Utility Bill showing the applicant’s current address
• Supporting proof of residence (if the utility bill is not under the applicant’s name)
