Qualifications:
To qualify for the BPMSP TVET Track, applicants must be admitted to or officially enrolled in a TESDA-registered diploma program under the program’s priority sectors. They must also provide proof of admission or enrollment from an eligible Technical Vocational Institution (TVI) that offers a TESDA-recognized diploma program.
- Be officially enrolled in, or have secured admission to, a TESDA-registered diploma program under the program’s priority sectors.
- Provide proof of admission or enrollment through any one of the following:
- Certificate of Acceptance issued by the Technical Vocational Institution (TVI)
- Duly executed Training Agreement
- Enrollment Confirmation issued by a TESDA-registered TVI
Note: Your chosen Technical Vocational Institution (TVI) must offer a TESDA-recognized diploma program under the identified priority sectors. Preference is given to TVIs that partner with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) for ladderized education and are APACC-accredited or TESDA STAR Award recipients.
Not eligible for the BPMSP TVET Track? You may still qualify for the BPMSP Higher Education Track, which provides financial assistance to students pursuing eligible bachelor’s degree programs.
Requirements:
Applicants for the BPMSP TVET Track must submit the required documents to verify their eligibility and enrollment in a TESDA-registered diploma program. In addition to the general scholarship requirements, TVET applicants must also provide the following additional documentary requirements:
- Completed Scholarship Application Form (general requirement)
- Proof of admission or acceptance to a TESDA-registered diploma program through any one of the following:
- Certificate of Acceptance
- Training Agreement
- Enrollment Confirmation issued by a TESDA-registered Technical Vocational Institution (TVI)
- Signed Parental/Guardian Consent Form (if applicable)
- Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Fourth Year High School Report Card (Form 138) for applicants who graduated under the basic education curriculum on or before School Year 2015–2016 (if applicable).
Note: These are the additional documentary requirements for TVET Diploma Track applicants. You must also submit the general documentary requirements required under the scholarship program.
Benefits:
The BPMSP TVET Track provides financial assistance to help qualified scholars cover their education and training expenses. The scholarship includes support for tuition and other school fees, a yearly stipend, and a book and connectivity allowance throughout the duration of the eligible diploma program.

- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Diploma Program Standards (DPS) in Microcontroller Technology
- Diploma Program Standards (DPS) in Computer Technology
- Diploma Program Standards (DPS) in Cybersecurity
- Healthcare
- Diploma Program Standards (DPS) in Healthcare Technology
- Advanced Manufacturing and Semiconductor
- Diploma Program Standards (DPS) in Electronics Technology
- Diploma Program Standards (DPS) in Electrical Technology
Partner School:
The BPMSP TVET Track is offered through eligible TESDA-registered Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) that provide recognized priority diploma programs. Participating TVIs should:
- Be a TESDA-registered Technical Vocational Institution (TVI).
- Offer TESDA-recognized diploma programs in the identified priority growth sectors.
- Have the capacity to implement ladderized education programs in partnership with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
- Preferably hold APACC accreditation or be recognized as a TESDA STAR Award recipient or other recognized quality awardee.
Application Deadline:
The BPMSP TVET Track accepts online applications during the official application period for Academic Year 2026–2027. Interested applicants must complete and submit their application before the deadline.

How to Apply:
The online application portal for the BPMSP TVET Track is currently closed. The next application period has not yet been announced.
