  • Community health worker
  • Administrative, utility, or support services personnel in a healthcare facility
• If the medical front liner is married, priority beneficiaries are the children
• If the medical front liner is single, beneficiaries may be the next of kin up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity
• Must be a college or university student from 1st year to 4th/5th year
• Must have and maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent, or meet the school’s required academic standard
• Must not be a beneficiary of another scholarship or educational assistance program

Note: Applicants must apply through a partner school. If the school is not included in the list of partner schools, the applicant may coordinate directly with the BPI Foundation Scholarships Team.

Proof of Relationship to the Medical Front Liner

Submit the document that matches your relationship to the medical front liner:

• If child – NSO-authenticated birth certificate of the applicant
• If sibling – birth certificates of the applicant and the medical front liner showing common parents
• If nephew/niece – birth certificate of the applicant, plus the birth certificate of the applicant’s parent and the medical front liner showing common parents
• If widow/widower – NSO-authenticated marriage certificate of the medical front liner

Medical Front Liner Documents

• PRC ID or License ID of the medical front liner
• If deceased – death certificate indicating COVID-19 or complications due to COVID-19 as the cause of death
• If living – medical certificate indicating COVID-19 in the findings

Financial Document

• Latest ITR of parents/guardian or Certificate of Indigency
