Qualifications:

To be considered for the Fulbright DAI Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a Philippine Citizen.
2. Demonstrate English Proficiency: Provide a competitive TOEFL score.
3. Have Relevant Experience:
   • Be a primary or secondary school teacher with five or more years of classroom experience.
   • Include roles such as library media specialists, guidance counselors, curriculum specialists, special education coordinators, administrators, and teacher trainers who work directly with primary or secondary students in a local school (not expatriate) at least fifty percent of their time.
4. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree: Or have equivalent education and experience.
5. Show Commitment: Demonstrate a commitment to continue teaching or working in the field after completing the program.

Ineligibility

• Dual Citizens: Dual citizens are not eligible.
• U.S. Residents: U.S. residents are not eligible.

   Submit your application through https://fulbright.irex.org/.
2. Official or Certified Transcript of Records:
   Upload transcripts from all colleges/universities you have attended.
3. Certified True Copy of Diploma:
   Provide a certified true copy of your diploma (do not submit the original).
4. NBI Clearance:
   Obtain an NBI Clearance issued within the past 6 months. Upload it as a PDF file in the Country-Specific Materials section under the Additional Information tab on the application portal.
