Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Scholarship 2024

The Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Scholarship offers international students the opportunity to pursue advanced studies in biological and chemical sciences.

Qualifications:

The Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Scholarship for Post-Graduate is open to eligible applicants who meet the following qualifications:

• Age: Under 30 years of age (No exemptions)
• Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 in one of the following fields:
  • Sciences: Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences
  • Medical Sciences: Medicine, Medical Technology
  • Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Related Fields: Applicants from other related fields are also welcome to apply
  • Research Experience: Must have experience in scientific laboratory research
  • English Proficiency: Must have demonstrated English proficiency, preferably through one of the two recognized tests of language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS)
  • Statement of Purpose: Must provide a statement of purpose explaining their interests in the study

Award Period

The scholarship includes a 6-week refresher course, followed by a 2-year Master’s Degree program. Progress will be reviewed annually to ensure satisfactory performance. CGI may terminate the scholarship if the academic standards are not met or if the awardee fails to comply with CGI regulations.

Note: The refresher courses are tentatively scheduled to begin in June 2025, while the Master’s program will start in August 2025.

Requirements:

Applicants must submit the following documents along with the application form:

1. Undergraduate Full Academic Transcript
2. Three Letters of Recommendation
3. Statement of Purpose detailing your interest in the program
4. Medical History Report
5. Additional supporting documents to assist with the application review

Notice of Award

Successful applicants will be notified of the outcome by the CGI around January 2025.
