Qualifications:

- Must be a Filipino citizen.
- Must be a graduating Senior High School student, a Senior High School graduate with a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 80% or its equivalent, or a college student with earned academic units relevant to the identified degree programs and a GWA of at least 80% in the previous semester or its equivalent.
- Must meet the admission requirements of the identified State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), local colleges, or private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
- Must not be a recipient of any government-funded financial assistance program.
- Applicants with a privately funded scholarship that covers only tuition fees must also meet the admission requirements of their chosen private Higher Education Institution (HEI).
- Must be a dependent of a duly registered coconut farmer listed in the National Coconut Farmers Registry System (NCFRS).
- The combined annual gross income of the applicant’s parents must not exceed ₱300,000.00.
Requirements:

- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
- Academic Records (submit the document applicable to your educational status):
- Senior High School students: Certified true copy of Grade 11 grades and first semester Grade 12 grades.
- Senior High School graduates: Form 138 or SF 9.
- Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduates: Certified true copy of Grade 12 grades.

- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of the applicant, spouse, parents, or guardian (if employed).
- Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
- Certificate of No Income from the BIR.
- Certificate of Low Income from the BIR indicating the actual amount of income.
- Certificate or Case Study issued by the City or Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO).
- Certification from the Higher Education Institution (HEI) stating that the applicant is currently enrolled in a CoScho-identified priority program and is not receiving any national government-funded scholarship (for currently enrolled second-, third-, and fourth-year college students only).
Additional Requirements for Special Equity Group Applicants
Applicants who belong to a Special Equity Group may receive an additional five (5) points during the evaluation. To qualify, submit the applicable supporting document below:
- Indigenous Peoples (IPs): Original or certified true copy of a certification issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) confirming that the applicant belongs to an indigenous community.
- First-Generation College Student: Original or certified true copy of a certification issued by the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO) stating that the applicant’s parents, guardians, and siblings have never attended a college or university.
- Person with Disability (PWD): Certified true copy of the PWD Identification Card issued by the Local Government Unit’s Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) or the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO).
- Solo Parent or Child of a Solo Parent: Certified true copy of the Solo Parent ID issued by the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO).

However, scholars enrolled in Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) located in municipalities or cities of residence with no State University or College (SUC) or CHED-recognized Local University or College (LUC) may be entitled to tuition fee assistance.

- Official receipt from the review center
- Results of the examination issued by the PRC, for re-takers
